SHOWROOM: Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm Wednesday 9:45 - 5pm Parking on site at the door

CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR: 2018 Office closes 4pm 21/12/18 and resumes normal trading times from 7/1/19

Factory Re-opens 9/1/19 9am

IN HOME QUOTATIONS: Mon to Fri 8:00am - 5:30pm other times by arrangement

A commencement payment of 30% is required on most products & 50% on plantation shutters.

Any Cancellations once manufacture has commenced will require loss of above and possibly extra to cover costs.

A dishonor fee of $50 will be charged to cover both bank and accounting fees.

Service Fees

Service fees are charged at $90 paid in advance and include travel and up to 60min onsite, Parts are charged seperately.

Many standard repairs can be costed including parts and also paid up front when booking.
